Medical Marajuana left up to the states rather than the feds?
By admin | October 21, 2009
Who would have thought that marajuana coudl be decrimialized? I mean how many people does it kill every year? How many people get so stoned they go home and beat their wife and kids? How many people kill people so they can get high?
OK enough with the sarcasm. Pot is a victimless drug that only creates victims because it is against the law and putting money into the hands of the criminals in Mexico that like to shoot American officers. It is putting billions of dollars into the hands of the Mexican mafia so naturally we should keep it illegal and let this continue.
The problem arises when the states and feds stop getting money from putting people in jail. States get paid for every prisoner that they have and when we stop busting potheads we have no real war or drugs. Don’t you think we have enough wars to fight out there in the world that maybe the war on pot is stupid. Sure go get those meth heads and coke dealers who are selling something that actually kills people but get off the back of the guy who just wants to smoke a joint.
This should be a state matter and not a federal matter. Doesn’t the government have enough to worry about rather than spending money on arressting and prosecuting potheads. I mean really.

Unfortunately, until we disallow the Federal Gov to override the State and Local Gov I’m afraid that the war on drugs is going to continue.
This is something we totally agree on
Marajuana is a true medicinal drug. During the year and a half I was trying to recover from the “mistakes” made on me by the Dr.s getting paid by my EPO to do routine surgery, it was the only reason I ate. I could go for days without even feeling hungry, and the smell of food would make me sick. Just a few hits and I was eating. It didn’t make me fill my plate or anything, but I ate!
It can be used for chronic toothaches while waiting to afford a Dentist because you don’t have insurance, and even if you did you probably wouldn’t be able to afford the co-pay on one paycheck.
Should I keep going? LOL
Even though they have made it a State matter, doesn’t mean they will keep their promise. Loop Holes run rampid in DC!
