I feel betrayed, used and overall pissed off.

People will believe something because they fear it to be true or they want it to be true. By saying that you are “fair and balanced” there is obviously a reason that they might not be or are being taken as not being. When you are slanted to one side and say that you are fair and balanced everything from that point on is full of shit. You can’t believe anything that comes from that network because they are obviously full of crap.

Why would you need to say that you are fair and balanced unless of course you are not?

Getting information from a reliable source should be a top priority for anyone watching the news. Fox news or as I like to call them Faux news is slanted and trying to make themselves be perceived as honest. What a bunch of crap.

No other news network that I am aware of must say they are fair. This is of course because they are giving you the news in a more balanced and not slanted fashion.

Fox news should be called “Right wing slanted opinion news”. This is what it is so why don’t they just say the truth? You get more opinions from the so called “news casters” on Fox than you do from honest reporters on other networks.

What bothers me the most about this situation is that people believe the BS that Fox is pumping in to their heads.

Isn’t it time that we all stopped praying for a better life with the boogieman in the sky and instead focused more of our attentions here on Earth? I am told that there are even intelligent people with college degrees that believe in a boogieman in the sky. So, how could I be right and they be wrong?

Well, it is easy to fool yourself into believing in something because you fear it to be true or you want it to be true. What a waste of time. Believing in a supreme being is fine I guess but keep it the hell out of my schools and government.

Can you imagine how much could get done if you took all the hours wasted in a church and turned them into productive hours?

Oh shit, what if everyone is right and there is a god? What if it is one of those big nasty gods from an African or Mayan religion? If that is the case, we are all fucked. But everyone who pushes religion down my throat always say that their god is real and the others are fake. So, I guess I feel the same way. My god of no god is right and everyone else is full of shit.

It is much easier for me to believe that UFOs came down and gave us religion millenniums ago than it is to believe that women were created from a rib and we got knowledge from a snake.

The bible is nice fiction, a good story, wacky, some history and mythology but it is certainly not a way to run a government or life. It is advice as is every book. The Koran is even worse with stories of how women are inferior and that we should not progress. What a bunch of shit.

Religion has held us back for hundreds and hundreds of years. We need to put down the crack pipe and pay attention to the real world. When you start telling me that I can’t think like this or that, you need to go far far away and stay there. If the progressives take “in god we trust” off of our money or “under god” out of our pledge of allegiance I say, right fuckin on.” Religion has helped to get the human race this far but now it is a hindrance and should be laid to rest. There is no place for religion in a modern society. There is belief in fellow man and the possibilities of the human race in this life.

What it boils down to is that if we want to evolve into a species which will become something more than just bugs running around a rock praying to the sky for a savior we need to plan for the future. Living life from a supposed god given book or books is just plain stupid.

Move on and grow up. There is no Santa Clause just good people.

Everyone is worried about the debt we are leaving our children but those same dumb asses do not seemed to be concerned about the Earth we are leaving our children. I could care less about how much money we owe if there are no trees.

Sooner or later the human race will need to get off of using money and stop eating animals.

Saveing the world is much more important to me that debt for future generations.

Going into space is the best thing we can do for future generations. By going into space we have discovered more about our planet than we could possibly imagine. We need to stay on this path for science and the future.

I remember Reganomics differently. I remember farms being sold off in the Midwest to the corporations. I remember free cheese. I remember a time before Regan when there were small farmers all over the country… where did they go? I also remember that he also asked a psychic before making any decision (this one is rumor but Nancy sure used her a lot). I wonder how your god felt about that one…

Regan was not as great as everyone makes him out to be and it was Carter that got the hostages out. Do you ever wonder why they were released right when Regan took office? Hmm was he working with Iran?

How about that Iran / Contra thing… Wasn’t it the Regan administration that ended up giving weapons or was it just our hard earned tax dollars to Iran? That sure worked out well for us didn’t it? I hate it when people ignore the whole picture of history or an era and just pick out the things they prefer to hear rather than all of the facts. This is how history changes all of the time.

If you look at a flat map it shows you where the continents are and how they look but it is not accurate. If you look at a globe it shows you a closer look at how things really are. People like looking at history as if it was a flat map. They like the idea that Greenland is massive in size even though it is not. They like to pull out the bits and pieces that reinforce their beliefs rather than actually looking at everything as a whole. The Good the Bad and the Ugly.

We are fighting more in Afghanistan. Is it just me or did we ove in right when the Olympics started the same way that Russia went into Georgia when the Summer games started two years ago. Co-inc-idink I don’t think so.

Record snows and people are saying what happened to global warming. Well, dumb asses there is more moisture in the air because the oceans are evaporating. That will cause record rain, snow and flooding just stay tuned.

Food prices have gone up.

Incomes are still down and people still fear for their livelihoods.

Beer prices have gone up.

Airfare to Disneyland are only $39 because nobody can afford to go.

The US’s credit report has gone down so we now owe all those countries we owe more interest.

Tax returns are up.

But other than that there is nothing new to report.
